My name is Amanda Belew. I grew up in Sundown, Texas and graduated from Sundown ISD. I also began my teaching career at Sundown Elementary. This will be my first year at West Elementary. My husband Jason and I have 5 children: Caleb, Sarah, Anna, Allison, and Laci. We also have one grandchild, Scarlett, and one due in October. My oldest (and only) son Caleb is a police officer, Sarah is a full time student and working on her teacher certification, and Anna works full time at United Supermarket. Allison (Sr.) and Laci (Freshman) will both attend West HS in the fall. In my spare time, I like to read and spend quality time with my family.
