Free Groceries from the Central Texas Food Bank
This afternoon, Tuesday, November 3, at 3:30 PM at the West Elementary School south parking lot begins the first day of the new West ISD partnership with the Central Texas Food Bank. The process is simple: Anyone can drive their vehicle up to the serving line and have groceries dropped off in their trunk or backseat. Early today, we received the list of free groceries: Beets, Squash, Carrots, Potatoes, Spaghetti, Sweet Potatoes, Cabbage, Leafy Greens, Chicken, Peanut Butter, Oat Milk, Bananas, Eggs, Flour, Bread, Refried Beans, Rice, Beans, etc. They are not bringing a box truck, but a semi.
Hope you can make it! |
