District News and Updates
- Wednesday, April 22, is Administrative Professionals Appreciation Day. Special thanks to our wonderful district and campus Administrative Professionals!
- Friday, April 24, is the last day of the Progress Report Grading Period 8. This Progress Report will then be posted in Skyward on Monday, April 27.
- Friday, April 24, is the next Shepherd's Heart Food Pick-Up Day from 3:30-4:30 PM at West Elementary (south parking lot). These free groceries are for anyone in the community.
- Sunday, April 26, kicks-off the Class of 2026 festivities with Baccalaureate at 3:00 PM with the Scholarship presentations at 4:00 PM. Both of these events are set for the West Middle and High School Auditorium.
- Monday, April 27, is the first of several end-of-the-year banquets with FFA/Ag leading the way at 6:00 PM in the West Middle and High School Arena.

Looking Ahead:
- Thursday, May 14, is the last day of the 2025-2026 school year. This date is also an Early Release Day. West Elementary School will release at 11:45 AM with West Middle and High School following at 12:00 PM.
- Friday, May 15, is the West High School Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony at 7:30 PM at Trojan Field (Gates will open at 6:30 PM.). There will be a live-stream of the ceremony on the West ISD YouTube Channel.
