Hello! My name is Tara Gerik, and I am honored to be part of the West Elementary administrative team. With a passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, I am dedicated to supporting our students' growth and success.
As an assistant principal, my primary goal is to work collaboratively with our administrative team, teachers, staff, parents, and, most importantly, our students, to ensure that each student's educational journey is both enriching and transformative. I believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where everyone can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
I am excited to collaborate with each of you to build a bright and successful future for our students.
