West Elementary School Students and Parents,
It is with great pleasure and pride that am able to live in this community as a West ISD staff member, parent, and West High School alumni. I am now in my 25th year in education, and it is the love I have for students and staff that keeps me grateful each and every day to come to work in such a wonderful environment. I have experience in many school counseling programs and am excited again this year that West Elementary will be a Character Strong campus!! We will study one character trait per month in depth and then celebrate students who exhibit these characteristics during the school day. In addition, I offer individual counseling for students who are in need of this services.
