West ISD Registration Information (2016/2017 School Year)

Registration dates: July 25th - August 23rd

West ISD will continue online student registration for the 2016/2017 school year. Please follow the steps

below to initiate the registration process.

Steps for Back to School Registration:

1. Parent/Guardian brings proof of residency (current water or electric bill) to the campus which their

child/children will attend between July 18th and August 23rd.

2. After parent/guardian provides the above documentation, the parent/guardian will access returning

student registration through Skyward Family Access.

3. Additional paper forms will be required at each campus.

Please contact the campus office for further information as necessary. Students will not be

enrolled in classes until proof of residency documentation and online registration are completed.

West ISD New Student Enrollment Information (2016/2017 School Year)

Registration dates: July 25th - August 23rd

West ISD utilizes online student registration for student enrollment. Please follow the steps below to

initiate the enrollment process.

Steps for New Student Enrollment:

1. Parent/Guardian brings child’s birth certificate; child’s social security card; child’s immunization record;

proof of residence (current water or electricity bill); and parent/guardian driver's license to the campus which

their child/children will attend school. Enrollment dates are between July 18, 2016 and August 23, 2016.

2. After parent/guardian provides the above documentation, he/she will be provided a username and

password to complete his/her child/children's registration online.

Please contact the campus office for further information as necessary. Students will not be enrolled in

classes until all documentation is provided and online registration is completed.
